DUTIES
  • ​Provide invaluable support with daily living and personal care activities, Provide invaluable support with daily living and personal care activities.
  • Help with housekeeping, meal prep, and medication administration..
  • Assisting with errands & transportation to appointments, encourage active thinking & light exercise
  • .Collaborate with other members of the team to create comprehensive care plans.
  • Keep paperwork and digital records updated and accurate.
  • Provide emotional and social support to clients and their families, Observe and evaluate clients' condition and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and other outings.
  • Assist with physical therapy exercises as prescribed by a healthcare provider.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in your care, Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients.
  • Assist with monitoring dietary restrictions and ensure proper nutrition is being provided and Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as physicians and physical therapists, to ensure the best level of care for clients.
